Q1. I experience the site error in LGmobile.com repeatedly. What should I do?
If you submit the error details by selecting “Support > Contact Us” menu, we will try to fix the problem as soon as possible. Please specify the following details for prompt processing, when you submit the error report.- Time error occurred: 2008.03.12 09:30pm- Action before error occurred: Menu clicking and so on.- If you can see the [Debug] button in the error page, click the button. Then select the displayed message and copy and paste it on the Contact Us screen.We will always endeavor to provide an efficient and convenient service.

Q2. How can I register (authenticate) my phone?
You can register your handset in “My Page > My Profile” or My History after log-in.

Q3. What is the Gallery?
The Gallery is space where the latest LG handsets are displayed, of which LG Electronics sell world wide. If you click the handset image or handset Flash, you can move to the micro site of the selected handset. The micro site offers a great experience for customers.

Q4. How can I recommend the mobile phone to a friend of mine?
Click [Tell a friend] on the View Details of the Mobile Handset page, and input the related information, then, click the [Send] button. An E-mail containing LG mobile handset information will be sent to your friend.

Q5. How can I check the phone or contents in the Wish List?
You can check the saved information from “My Page > My Wish List” located at the top of the page after log-in.

Q6. What items in the Wish List, can be saved?
You can find the [Add to wish list] button in the View Details of All Handsets page.If you click the [Add to wish list] button in the View Details of All Handsets page, the item will be saved automatically. You can check the saved information from “My Page > My Wish List.”

Q7. I am using a CDMA phone (i-Mode, IDEN, PHS, or Hutchison 3G) but I cannot download content.
Currently, LGmobile doesn’t provide service for CDMA, i-MODE, IDEN, PHS and Hutchison 3G handsets. If you want to download content, please try 3's online portal (3G customers) or visit the online portal of your mobile communication service provider.Sorry for any inconvenience in using this service.

Q8. Can I check the details of the downloaded content from the WAP site?
You cannot check the details of downloads via the WAP site. To display your download details, visit LGmobile web site and check the point deduction detail from “My Page > Point” menu.

Q9. Should I pay for content downloaded from the WAP site?
Payments can only be made by the points that are granted free of charge, like the LGmobile web site. However, contact your mobile service provider to inquire about the WAP usage charge (data transmission charge).

Q10. What is GPRS?
GPRS stands for “General Packet Radio Service.” GPRS is the 2.5 generation mobile handset that supports high-speed Internet and video communication. Contact your mobile service provider for GPRS settings.
